Partnership for the development of social entrepreneurship

A prepatory study visit  from 4th to 5th of November 2019 in Social Entrepreneurship – Programs and Accelerators. The aim of the visit was to further explore project partnerships under the EEA Grants.

The project is run by Social Economy Development Foundation and Phronesis with the financial support of Active Citizens Fund - Romania, programme funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the Granturi SEE & Norvegiene.

The program was a combination of site visits and kitchen table dialogues for deeper reflections on how social entrepreneurs can strengthen their economic sustainability.

Inspired by the site visits to The Royal Norwegian Society for Development, Hellerudsletta and Tøyen Unlimited, Oslo we were reflecting on among other subjects the following themes:

  • The means to an income – social entrepreneurs in Norway and Romania?

  • How to support NGOs and individual people to establish networks of support and skills.

  • Stakeholder involvement. Project and organizational development consultancy.

The study visit program was developed and facilitated by Susan M. Guerra and Kirsten Paaby from Phronesis.
